1. Role of RDVMA
RDVMA is a technical platform for finding professionals, viewing services and availability, booking time slots and managing appointment-related communication. The professional remains responsible for the service provided, pricing, quality and actual availability.
2. Client commitments
- Provide an accurate name, phone number and information.
- Make genuine bookings only and avoid multiple bookings without an intention to attend.
- Respect the scheduled time and arrive on time.
- Cancel or reschedule as soon as possible when attendance is no longer possible.
- Respect the professional and staff and never use the platform for harassment or fraud.
- Check service, price and location details before booking.
3. Professional commitments
- Publish accurate and clear information about the establishment, services, prices and durations.
- Keep opening hours and availability up to date.
- Never display a slot as available when it is already occupied or unavailable.
- Respect confirmed appointments as far as possible and organise reception to limit unjustified delays.
- When an absence, closure or foreseeable difficulty occurs, update availability in advance and contact affected clients promptly.
- Avoid repeated or abusive cancellations.
- Protect client confidentiality and use personal data only for legitimate appointment and customer relationship management.
- Keep phone and WhatsApp contact details accurate and functional.
4. WhatsApp and notifications
When the client consents, WhatsApp may be used for confirmations, reminders and messages directly related to the appointment. Consent to appointment notifications does not automatically constitute consent to marketing.
5. Cancellation and rescheduling
Clients and professionals should use cancellation and rescheduling features in good faith and as early as possible to avoid wasting the other party’s time.
6. Misuse
RDVMA may limit or suspend accounts involved in fake bookings, misleading information, excessive cancellations, spam, fraud or behaviour that harms users or the service.
This wording is intended for the development phase and should receive a final legal review before full commercial launch.
